Thank you for shopping at SSK Infosys. Please read our policy carefully to understand our terms regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

Important Notes:

  • No Returns, Refunds, or Replacements will be accepted:
    • If you simply don't like the product.
    • If the product seal is broken or the product has been used.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product:

If the product is:

  • Delivered in damaged condition,
  • Defective or not working (dead on arrival),
  • Or if you receive the wrong product,

You must:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Share a mandatory uncut unboxing video as proof.
  • Email the video to: sskinfosys2017@gmail.com

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.

Warranty Claims:

  • Any product-related issues after delivery should be claimed directly with the brand’s official service center as per their warranty policy.

Returns Process:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Return requests are processed within 5 to 6 days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days to your bank account after the returned product is received and verified.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be returned within 7 business days.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products made to order or customized.
  • Items that spoil quickly or have expired.
  • Unsealed products related to hygiene or health.
  • Items that are inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
